Representative Menard moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 367(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of rescinding previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 3 (page 3132). Representative Phillips objected. Representative Menard moved and asked unanimous consent to withdraw his motion. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Parnell moved and asked unanimous consent that CSHB 367(JUD) be returned to second reading for the specific purpose of rescinding previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 3. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Parnell moved and asked unanimous consent that the House rescind its previous action in failing to adopt Amendment No. 3.
